C & A Quoting Process: A Step-by-Step Guide for Ordering

Step 1 - Providing a Materials List 

Our extensive inventory ranges from science equipment and math manipulatives to art supplies and classroom essentials.  

See something on Amazon that you want at a lower cost? We can source or manufacture products to meet your requirements.  

To initiate the quoting process, a detailed list of materials you require can either be filled out in our online form or emailed as a document to  contact@cnascientific.com. This list should include:  

• Item Names: Clearly specify each product (i.e.: 12-inch ruler, 250 ML beaker) 

• Quantities: Indicate the number of each item needed. 

• Specifications: Include any specific requirements, such as sizes, materials, colors, etc.

Step 2 – Receiving a Quote 

Once we receive your materials list, our team will: 

• Review Your Requirements: Ensure we understand your needs fully. 

• Provide Competitive Pricing: Offer cost-effective solutions for your budget.

Step 3 - Sampling Process 

To ensure the products meet your expectations, we conduct a sampling process: 

• Sourcing Samples: We procure samples based on your materials list. 

• Quality Inspection: Our team reviews the samples internally. 

• Physical Delivery: Samples are then shipped to your location for evaluation. 

• Feedback and Approval: Review samples and provide feedback or approval.  

This step allows you to assess the quality and suitability of the products before placing a full order. 

Step 4 - Placing or Changing an Order 

After reviewing the samples, you can move forward with: 

• Order Placement: Confirm your order details, and we'll proceed with assembly and delivery. 

• Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll accommodate adjustments as best as we can and provide new products for review.
